Shipping & handling

All packages are posted via Australia Post - Standard Parcel Delivery service. Postage times are reliant on Australia Post and are out of our control once they are shipped. Larger orders will receive a tracking number.

Express post can be requested at the your expense. Get in touch if you are suffering a severe case of perch palm and need your baits urgently.

Packaging and handling times are 1 - 2 business days.

For local pick up, enter the code 'LOCALPICKUP" at check out to avoid shipping costs. Orders must be picked up within 7 days.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We do however for items that are faulty.

If you are having difficulties rigging your lures, get in touch and we will be happy to advise you.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer replacements, they are hand made, in limited runs. For faulty items, you will be offered a refund if your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit according to your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
